This is a great example of practicing patience. I made this painting a lot of years ago, it's just one that hasn't totally worked out. It's been sitting away from me for a good while, today, it's been revisited and revised. I pulled out my imaginary eraser and took out the parts that were bugging me and added the parts that I like a lot better. I feel like this is a much better composition noting that I did add, stars, more moon work, and different mountains and a dreamier foreground. In life, we must take out the bad parts and fill in with the good parts and focus on today, not yesterday, not tomorrow.
